This guide shows how to set up an Aula calendar integration inside Q-Cal. This is done by using a calendar link from Aula and inserting it into a Q-Cal iCal module.
Find the calendar link inside Aula.
- Open Aula in your browser.
- Click on Calendar on the left side.
- Click on Calendar synchronization at the top of the page.
- Next, copy the Week Calendar link.
- There is also an option to use the Year Calendar link, but it will import events starting from 7 days and a year ahead.
Insert the link into Q-Cal.
- Open Q-Cal in your browser.
- Click on Setup and then select Calendar Integrations.
- Click on "+".
- A window will open, and here you should choose Aula.
- Now click on the iCAL Service Configuration tab.
- Insert the link from Aula into the iCalendar URL field.
- Turn on Authentication and enter your username and password for Aula.
- Once everything is entered, click on Activate Module, and then click Save & Close.
Please note that it may take up to 12 hours for your calendar accounts to update.
Your Aula calendar integration is now set up!
