  1. Source an appropriate (micro)SD Card, we recommend one of high quality suited for applications, marked A1 or A2, as these are built to handle frequent read/write better.
  2. Download the current Q-Play for brightsign by going to this link: https://brightsign.q-play.io 
  3. Format the SD Card as exFat and place the autorun.zip file you downloaded, in the root of the SD card
  4. Hold the Reset and SVC buttons and connect power to the player
  5. Wait for the Err LED to flash red and release both buttons
  6. Wait while the player resets and reboots, you should get the BrightSign logo plus serial / MAC / OS info.
  7. Power player off, place SD card in the slot and power on
  8. Q-Play will now install
  9. Connect your player to CMS with connect code
