Before you start, make sure you have set up the Virkplan integration — see Setting up the Virkplan Integration if you haven't done this yet.

Find the Virkplan app in the DesignTool and click it to add it to your slide — see working with apps in Q-Play if this is your first time adding an app.

1. Choose a template

Under General, select which template to use:

• Report — displays the report as a live embed. Viewers can interact with it.
• Report Screenshot — displays the latest screenshot captured by the integration.

2. Connect your data source

Under Data sources, select which integration and job to pull data from. If you only have one Virkplan integration with one job, this is selected automatically.

3. Configure template settings (Report only)

If you chose the Report template, you can optionally narrow down what is displayed under Template settings:

• Page name — the system name of the page to display. Leave empty to show the full report.
• Visual name — the system name of a specific visual to display. Leave empty to show the full page.

4. Set the refresh interval

Under App Settings, set Fetch new data every to control how often the app checks for updated data from the integration.

For Report Screenshot, match this to how often the integration captures a new screenshot, so the screen always shows the latest version.
