Guide for Installing Zoho Assist for Remote Support

To ensure a smooth and effective support experience, we have prepared an easy guide for installing Zoho Assist, providing our support team with the capability to deliver remote assistance for your Q-Play solution. Please follow the steps below carefully to install Zoho Assist and grant our technicians temporary access to address any issues.


Note: Follow the steps below carefully to install Zoho Assist and enable remote support for your Q-Play solution.

1. Open your browser from the player:
      * Find and open your internet browser on the Q-Play player.


2. Enter the following web address in the search bar:
      * Type "nordicscreen.com/remoteplayer" in the search bar and press Enter.

3. Download Zoho Assist:
      * On the website, click "Download" to initiate the download process.

4, Accept the installation prompt:
      4.A. Once the download is complete, open the downloaded file. Accept the prompt: "I'm aware of the consequences and agree to install Zoho Assist - Unattended Access Agent."
      4.B. Click "Next" to proceed.

5. Accept the license agreement:
      5.A. Accept the license agreement by checking "I accept the terms of the license agreement."
      5.B. Click "Install" to start the installation process.

6. Complete the installation process:
      * Wait for the installation process to finish. Once completed, you have now installed Zoho Assist.
