Guide to Closing Q-Play on Android

Q-Play is a popular streaming app, but there may be times when you need to close it completely or remove it from your device. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to correctly exit and delete Q-Play.

Step-by-Step guide

Step 1: Press the “OK” button on the remote
Start by navigating to the Q-Play app on your device. Use the remote and press the “OK” button to open the settings menu.

Step 2: Enter the code “8920”
Once you have pressed “OK”, a code entry box will appear. Enter the code “8920” to access the admin menu.

Step 3: Press “Exit/Close App”
After entering the code, you will be presented with different options. Find and press “Exit/Close App” to close Q-Play properly.

Step 4: Delete Q-Play from the device
