Guide to Integrating Excel from OneDrive into Q-Play

Before You Start

  1. Access Requirements: Check that you have access to both your OneDrive and QPlay account.
  2. Presentation Preparation: Your PowerPoint presentation should be ready on OneDrive.
  3. Link Security: Ensure the document is publicly accessible and shared with "Everyone - Share with everyone. It does not require you to log in."

Step 1: Optimize Your PowerPoint Presentation

1. Begin by opening your presentation in OneDrive.

Step 2: Share Your PowerPoint Slide

1. Navigate to Files > Share > Share with people in Excel.


2. Choose "Copy link" to generate and copy a link that provides access to your presentation.

Step 3: Share Excel Sheet with Q-Play

1. Log into your Q-Play account.

2. Go to Designtool and find or create the presentation where you want to include the Excel sheet.



3. Find and open the Office 365 Excel app in your design within Q-Play.



3. Insert your copied link into the "Enter Office 365 embed code" field.


Step 4: Adding More Slides

1. Use the "Plus button" in Q-Play to add additional slides.
2. Go back to OneDrive, select the next slide, copy the link, and repeat the integration process for each new slide.

  1. If slides do not automatically shift, ensure that the transition time is correctly set in the QPlay settings.
