How to Add a PDF File to Your Presentation

This guide walks you through, step-by-step, how to upload a PDF file and use its pages as images in your presentations in Q-Play.

Step 1: Upload Your PDF File

Open the Media Library in the left menu.
Upload the PDF Document in the media library:
This can be done by either pressing the "Upload" button in the top right corner or by the "Drag & Drop" method.
When your PDF is uploaded, Q-Play will then create a new folder and convert the PDF pages to images for use in your presentation.

Step 2: Insert the PDF Pages into Your Presentation

Open the Designtool in the left menu, and either create a new presentation or select the presentation you want your PDF to be shown in.
Find the Image app in the right app menu, and insert an instance in your presentation.
Press the "Browse media" button, find the folder Q-Play created with your PDF images, and select the image you want to use.
