This guide shows you how to download the Q-Cal Booking app to your PC, so you can move it onto a USB stick and install it on your meeting room display.

1. Log in to Q-Cal

Log in to your Q-Cal account at app.q-cal.net.

2. Open the Views menu

Click Views in the top menu.

3. Go to Meeting Room Displays

Select Meeting Room Displays from the dropdown menu.

4. Click Download til Android

On the Meeting Room Displays page, click the Download til Android button. The button has this name in the English version of Q-Cal as well.

5. Download the latest version

In the Android APK archive pop-up, find the latest version of Q-Cal Booking and click the link under Filename to download it.

6. Copy the file to a USB stick

Once the file has downloaded, save it somewhere easy to find on your PC, then copy it onto a USB stick.

You're now ready to set up your new meeting room display.

See what's changed in a version

You can read the changelog for each version of Q-Cal Booking in the Android APK archive pop-up (see step 5). Click the document icon on the left side of a version's row to open its changelog.
