To install Q-Play on a display or player, you first need the Q-Play installation file. You download it from your Q-Play account.

1. Go to Players

Log in to Q-Play. You start on the Dashboard. Click "Players" in the menu on the left.

2. Click Add new player

Click "Add new player" in the top right corner of the Players page.

3. Find your platform

The "Add new player" window opens. You can find your platform in two ways.

Search for it in the search field at the top, for example Samsung, Windows or Hisense.

Or choose the type of player you have:

• Conference Room: meeting room screens that show signage when they're not used for video calls or presentations, for example Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR), Barco ClickShare, Yealink, Poly, Logitech and Airtame. Web Player is also found here.
• External Player: a separate device connected to a screen or TV over HDMI, for example BrightSign, Windows, Android, Linux and Qbic.
• Built-in Display (SoC): commercial displays with a built-in player, so no extra hardware is needed, for example Samsung, Samsung E-Paper, LG, Hisense, iiyama, Sony, Maxhub and ViewSonic.

4. Download the installation file

When you choose a player type, you see a list of the platforms in that type. Click "Download" next to your platform to download the installation file.

When the download is finished, click "Install guide" next to your platform to see how to install Q-Play on it.

If you chose the wrong player type, click the back arrow next to the title to go back.
