How to Transfer All Your Content from Q-Play V1 to V2

Why switch to Q-Play V2?

When you switch from Q-Play V1 to V2, you open the door to a better experience and a more future-proof platform. This means you gain access to new and improved features that make it easier to manage your media and create impressive presentations.

We are always dedicated to enhancing your experience, so we continuously develop and improve Q-Play V2. This means you will always be up-to-date with the latest technological advancements and have access to new apps and features that we develop for the system.

Guide:

1. Open Q-Play V1 and navigate to the "Media library"


2. Find the desired image or video and click on it to select.


3. Click the "download icon" in the top right corner, and click to start the download process.

Now, you need to enter our new Q-Play editor. Click the link here to access Q-Play V2.

5. On the homepage of Q-Play V2, click on "Create Account" to create a new account.


6. Enter your information in the provided fields and click on "Create Account" to set up your account.


7. Once logged in, find your name at the top right corner and click on it.


8. Choose "Team" from the dropdown menu to manage your team.


9. Click on "Invite Member" to invite new members to your team.


10. Enter the email address of the person you wish to invite, specify their role in the system, and click on "Invite."


11. Go to "Media Library" to manage your images and videos.


12. Drag and drop files from your computer to the designated area to upload them to Q-Play V2.


13. Click on "DesignTool" to create the new design.


14. Select "New Presentation" to start a new presentation.


15. Enter a name for your presentation and specify the dimensions for the design.


16. Click on "Create" to establish your presentation.


Before you connect your player to V2, go into Q-Play V1 and delete it/them from the old system. You will then see a 6-digit code on the info screen, which you need to enter into Q-Play V2.

17. Navigate to "Players" to manage your connected devices.


18. Choose "Connect Player" to add a new device to your account.

19. Enter a name for the device and enter the connect code displayed on the info screen


20. Click on "Connect" to establish the connection between your player and Q-Play V2.


Now you are ready to use Q-Play V2!
