How to Use Brand Assets in Q-Play

Introduction

Brand Assets helps keep your signage content consistent and on-brand. Upload your logo, set your primary brand colors, add custom fonts, and choose your default app language so your team can easily create content using the correct brand assets every time.

How to use brand assets

To access your Brand Assets, click your profile name in the top-right corner and select Account Settings. In the left-side menu, click Brand Assets.

Brand colors

Here you can define your two primary brand colors. These colors will automatically appear as the first two locked color options in all color pickers across the account, ensuring a consistent visual identity.

Default App Language

Set the default language used for newly created users and player displays.

Custom Fonts

Custom fonts now have their own dedicated section within Brand Assets. Instead of uploading fonts to the Media Library, you can now upload and manage them directly from this page.

This provides a clearer overview of all uploaded custom fonts and makes font management easier and more organized.
