The Keatech app allows you to integrate interactive maps and real-time data directly onto your screens, ensuring updated information for your audience.
Step-by-step guide
1. Open the platform and navigate to the “Integrations” section in the main menu.
2. Click on “New Integration” to begin setting up a new integration.
3. Click on “Configure” to access the configuration menu.
4. Fill in the “Name” field with the desired name for your integration. The URL field will be pre-filled automatically.
5. Under “Refresh rate”, select how often the integration should update
6. Under “Credentials”, input your email and password for Keatech.
7. Click the ”+” button to create a new resource.
8. Choose “Map” under the “Resource” section.
9. Provide a descriptive name for the resource to identify its function.
10. Enter the view’s URL in the “URL” field. Important: Only include the part of the URL that comes after “.com” since the initial part is already defined in Global settings. Click “Save” to save your changes.
11. Open the integration again to ensure everything is functioning correctly. Any errors will be displayed in the “Script Log”. Check this section if something isn’t working.
12. Go to DesignTool and locate or create the presentation where you want to use the Keatech app.
13. Ensure that the view fills the entire canvas for proper display.
14. Click on “Publish” to deploy the presentation on your screens.
