How to Use Q-Play on Barco ClickShare

Welcome to the setup guide for Barco Digital Signage. Follow these simple steps to configure your Barco devices and connect Q-Play. Remember, each Barco display must have its own unique link.

1. Open your web browser and go to https://xms.cloud.barco.com/#/home/dashboard.

2. Log in by entering your valid login information and clicking "Log in."

3. Navigate to the section to download the Barco Digital Signage app. You can find this section by searching the app store or following the provided instructions on the platform.



4. Now, go to the "Baseunits" section in the app and press the gear icon next to the unit you want to configure.


5. In the settings for the selected unit, find and press the "Digital Signage" app.

6. Insert the specific weblink that NordicScreen has assigned to this unit. Ensure you use the correct link, as each Barco device link must be unique.

7. Save the changes.

Note: It's important to remember that the setup process needs to be repeated for each Barco Base Unit, and each display must have its own unique weblink for proper functionality.
