How to use Rejseplan app in Q-Play

Introduction

To make your Rejseplan App work, you need a Station ID. This ID will be provided by NordicScreen Support. Follow the steps below to request assistance:

Send an email to support@nordicscreen.com with the following details:

• Subject: Rejseplan App - Station ID

• Information to include in the email:

      • Your Q-Play agreement number.

      • The address of the station you want to add.

Once you receive the Station ID from support, you can follow the guide below to set up the app.

Trin-for-trin guide

1. Click on DesignTool.

2. Select the design where you want to integrate the Rejseplan App.

3. Find and select the Rejseplan App from the app library.

4. Input the Station ID you received from NordicScreen Support.

• Select the desired transport type (e.g., bus, train, metro).

• Specify whether to include additional information, such as discontinued stops.

5. Click “Publish” to deploy the design with the Rejseplan App on your info screen.
