It is important that the time settings are correct so content in Q-Play is displayed properly.
How to do it on QBic:
Go to Settings via the gear icon on the home screen.
Select System > Date & Time
Choose Select time zone and set it to GMT+01:00 – Central European Standard Time (Denmark).
Go back – the changes will be saved automatically.
The QBic player can automatically reboot at a fixed time to ensure stable performance.
How to set up Schedule Reboot:
Go to Settings.
Enable Schedule Reboot.
Choose a time, for example 04:00, and select the days the player should reboot (recommended: daily).
Press Save or go back.
Q-Play software and other content can be transferred via USB.
How to do it:
Download this APK file to your PC: https://storage3.q-play.net/releases/android/Q-Play-2.2.32-universal-release.apk
Insert a USB drive into your PC and move the APK file onto it.
Plug the USB stick into the QBic player’s USB port.
Open the File Manager app.
Locate your USB under USB Storage – it will appear with the USB's name.
Navigate to the APK file and tap it to install the Q-Play software.
To ensure Q-Play starts automatically, it must be added via the home screen.
How to do it:
Go to the home screen and select Content.
Press Add.
Select Q-Play from the list of available apps.
Set Q-Play as Default Content.
Return to the home screen – Q-Play will now start automatically after 20 seconds.
