As a partner, you have a unique registration link you can share with your customers. When a customer registers using this link, their new account is created under your partner account — giving you access to help them with troubleshooting, adding players, managing members, and more.

1. Open the Partner page

Log in to Q-Play, click your name in the top right, then select Partner.

2. Copy your invite link

On the Partner page, you'll find your Invite Link, with a Registration URL and a quick-copy button.

This link is unique to your partner account, doesn't expire, and can't be regenerated — so you only need to grab it once and can reuse it for every new customer.

3. Send the link to your customer

Share the copied link with your customer, however you'd normally reach them (email, chat, etc.). When they open it, they'll be taken to the registration page to create their account.

What happens next

Once your customer completes registration, their new account will appear in the account list on your Partner page, showing the account name, account number, and number of players.
