Effortless Integration: Microsoft Office 365 with Q-Cal

Microsoft Office 365

Introduktion:

1. The first step, is to login on Q-cal.

2. Now click on Main Menu and select Calender Integrations.
Q-Cal scheduling interface displaying 'Main menu' dropdown with options including 'Screen designs', 'Media library', 'Calendar integrations', and 'Clients'.

3. Next step, click on the "+"

4. Select "Microsoft Office 365".

6. In this sector you have the opportunity to choose which Synchronization strategy you want to use.

The strategy determines how data should be retrieved from Exchange. There are mainly three methods.

  1. Synchronizing an individual user account is the simplest method. It allows appointments to be synchronized to a single calendar. The calendar belongs to the user who is logged in.
  1. Synchronizing a shared calendar linked to a user account is almost identical to the first strategy but enables synchronization of a shared calendar.
  1. Synchronizing resource calendars within an organization is the more advanced solution, allowing the selection of individual (or groups of) resource calendars. This applies if the organization in Exchange/Office 365 has configured resources with individual calendars.

7. When you are done choosing the strategy, you need to type webpage domain e.g. "Nordicscreen.com" after that click on Microsoft Azure and new page will open, and you log in with your username and password. And the last step is to activate the integration to run automatically by pressing Activate Module.
OBS:
You need to login using a Microsoft global admin user.
