Description: Only NordicScreen (NS) or NS certified hardware partners can deliver these devices.

Support: NordicScreen offers online help universe as support

SLA: Customer or dealer is responsible for the operation and possibly development


Runs Q-Play

Description: Only NordicScreen runs tested hardware but install by customer or reseller.

Support: NordicScreen does not offer online help guide or support

SLA: Customer or dealer Customer or dealer is responsible for the operation and possibly development


Blacklisted Hardware

Description: Devices that cannot run Q-Play satifactory

Support: NordicScreen does not offers support

SLA: Customer or dealer is responsible for the operation and possibly development
