Technician
A technician has access to everything inside, and specific access to everything within a specific distributions profile.
- Can create and navigate between different organizations profiles
- Has access to both intern and external settings like; licenses, catering services and system settings.
- Can edit and connect physical units (meeting room screens) to the screen views
Administrator/Company Administrator
Is the user with the highest rights inside a organizations profile.
- Can not see other organizations profiles.
- Can create other login users with the same rights as themselves or under.
- Can see all deals with every client.
- Can edit all elements under the clients.
- Can create, edit, delete calendar and resources and therefore have access to all of these.
- Can create, edit and delete products.
- Can create, edit and delete import configurations, as long as there has been giving a license for this.
- Can edit in templates besides system templates.
- Has free access to the media-library.
SuperUser
A user with the next highest level of rights can do following things
- Can edit all deals in the organization.
- Can limited operate inside a selection of location and resources.
- Can use manual import if it is configured.
- Can create and edit logins (up till their level).
Receptionist
- Can create deals as long as they have access to the calendar that is used for booking.
- Can create, edit and delete clients.
Receptionist (Enterprise mode with Private Receptionist)
- Can create clients belonging under their own organization.
- Can connect the end-userlogin for their own clients.
- Can create deals on locations and resources as long as access is given.
- Can approve access with a RFID keycard
- Considered as an independent debtor
End user or Default User (Enterprise mode with Private Receptionist)
- Can use RFID keycard, with references to a debtor
- Can book rooms and create meeting rooms orders with reference to a debtor
