How to change a users login rights

As an administrator, log into Q-Cal, press your login name in the top right corner, choose Admin and then User profiles in the dropdown.
In the User profiles screen, find the user you wish to change login rights for, and press the gear icon to open the menu, and select the wanted role for the user, remember to press save.


Administrator/Company Administrator

  1. Is the user with the highest rights inside a organizations profile.
  2. Can not see other organizations profiles.
  3. Can create other login users with the same rights as themselves or under.
  4. Can see all deals with every client. 
  5. Can edit all elements under the clients.
  6. Can create, edit, delete calendar and resources and therefore have access to all of these. 
  7. Can create, edit and delete products.
  8. Can create, edit and delete import configurations, as long as there has been giving a license for this. 
  9. Can edit in templates besides system templates. 
  10. Has free access to the media-library. 

SuperUser

  1. A user with the next highest level of rights can do following things
  2. Can edit all deals in the organization.
  3. Can limited operate inside a selection of location and resources.
  4. Can use manual import if it is configured.
  5. Can create and edit logins (up till their level).

Receptionist 

  1. Can create deals as long as they have access to the calendar that is used for booking.
  2. Can create, edit and delete clients. 

Receptionist (Enterprise mode with Private Receptionist)

  1. Can create clients belonging under their own organization. 
  2. Can connect the end-userlogin for their own clients. 
  3. Can create deals on locations and resources as long as access is given.
  4. Can approve access with a RFID keycard.
  5. Considered as an independent debtor.


End user or Default User (Enterprise mode with Private Receptionist)

  1. Can use RFID keycard, with references to a debtor.
  2. Can book rooms and create meeting rooms orders with reference to a debtor.
