Effortless Updates for Q-Cal Booking App: A Quick Guide

Updating Meeting Room Displays

The Q-Cal Booking app is easily updated directly from App.q-cal.net.


This guide works from Q-Cal Booking app 2.0 and up.

If the app is version 2.0 or below, follow this guide instead. Q-Cal booking App - ProDVX




Go to Views > Meeting Room displays.

Here all active screens on the account can be seen. It is only possible to make an update on a screen that is online. This is seen by this small circle which appears on the right side of the screen.


If a new update is available for the screen, a small update icon will appear.

To start the update, press the update button and then select whether you want to make an update of all screens or only the one selected screen.
