Display Microsoft Power BI Reports in Q-Play V2: Comprehensive Guide

How to show a Microsoft Power BI report in Q-Play V2

This guide is divided into two parts.
Part 1: Set up Microsoft Power BI integration.
Part 2: Upload reports in the Q-Play Power BI app.



Part 1: Set up Microsoft Power BI integration.


1. Log in to Q-Play V2.

2. Select "Integrations" in the menu on the left side.

3. Click on "New Integration".

4. Select "Microsoft Power BI".

5. Enter your Power BI login details, insert the link (also called URL) to the report you wish to display, and name the report.
Click on "+" to insert more reports.
Click on "Save" when you are finished.
NOTE: Please be aware that it may take a few minutes for the integration to be up and running.

Part 2: Upload reports in the Q-Play Power BI app.

1. Select "DesignTool" in the menu on the left side.

2. Click on the presentation you wish to upload the Power BI app to.
If you haven't created a presentation yet, you can click here.

3. Choose the Power BI app under apps, and upload it to a slide.

4. Now click on the app to open App settings on the right side.
Here you can choose your Power BI integration and the report you wish to display.

5. Set up your presentation as you wish, and upload it to your information screen.
