How to use Playlists

Introduction

A Playlist is a special type of presentation that can be embedded inside another presentation. Similar to a PowerPoint slideshow, a playlist allows multiple slides or presentations to rotate automatically within a single area of your layout. This makes it easy to display more content while keeping your presentations dynamic and engaging.

How to create a Playlist

1. Navigate to Playlists from the left-hand menu.
   
2. To create a new playlist, click “+ Add Playlist” in the top-right corner. To edit an existing playlist, simply select it from the list.
   
3. Enter a descriptive name for your playlist, choose which group it should belong to, and select the desired format. Keep in mind that playlists automatically scale to fit the size of the Playlist app when used inside a presentation.
4. When you are finished configuring the settings, click “Create Playlist”.

How to use a Playlist

To use a playlist, open the presentation where you want it to appear and add a Playlist app to your layout. In the app settings, select the playlist you want to display. The playlist will then automatically rotate through its content within the assigned area of the presentation.
