Effortless Integration: Insert OneDrive PowerPoint on Digital Signage Displays

How to use the OneDrive Excel App

This guide describes how to insert a PowerPoint presentation from OneDrive on a digital signage display.
This guide works with presentations that are online in Microsoft OneDrive. If you want to ensure that your organization allows the use of the OneDrive app, read how to do so here:


Find the code for the desired presentation
1. Log in to OneDrive in a web browser and locate the desired presentation.
2. Go to Files.

3. Click on Share with users.

4. Copy the sharing link.

Now, the code needs to be inserted into the "OneDrive" app.

1. Insert the OneDrive app into your design. Click on the image.
2. Click in the middle of the app.


3. On the right side in "app properties," paste the link.

After doing that, append the following: "&action=embedview&wdAr=1.7777777777777777" directly after the sharing link.

Now, the OneDrive PowerPoint presentation is inserted into the design, and if you make changes to the presentation online, those changes will also be reflected on the digital signage display.

This process applies to all OneDrive products.
