This guide describes how to install Q-Play on an Iiyama monitor.
NOTE: You need to download the latest Q-Play software and save it on a USB stick.
1. When you start up the monitor, select the language you want.
2. Connect the monitor to either WiFi or an internet cable and press the "OK" button on the remote control.
3. Once connected, press the "back" button.
4. Press "Source" and go to "User-defined".
Then press the "home" button and enter the code "1668".
Note: It is not intended for you to see the numbers; this code grants you access to the Android operating system.
Now you have accessed the Android system.
6. Press Settings and then "Security".
6A. Enable "Unknown sources".
7. Go back to Settings and then press "System."
A. In here, you should press "Date and Time."
B. Enable "Use Network Time."
C. Scroll down to "Time Zone" and set the area to "Denmark" (or the country where your screen is located).
Insert the USB stick into the monitor.
8. Go back and then press "Storage".
9. Here, select "USB Drive" and press "APKs".
10. Choose the Q-Play version you want to install on the monitor.
11. Press "Install"
12. Press "Open"
13. Now Q-Play is installed on the monitor.
14. Go back to Settings and then press "Source Settings."
A. In here, you should press "Custom app" and select "Q-Play."
Now you need to enter the connection code into Q-Play.
