Ziik is an intranet for internal company communication. This guide shows you how to set up the Ziik integration in Q-Play, so the posts from your Ziik news feed can be shown on your screens with the Ziik app.

Before you start, see Working with integrations in Q-Play if you haven't set up an integration before.

1. Enter your Ziik details

In Global Settings, fill in the following:

• Ziik Instance URL – the full address of your Ziik intranet, including https://, for example https://yourcompany.ziik.io.
• Username (Email) and Password – the login of the Ziik account the integration should use.

Then click Save Integration.

2. Add the News Feed job

Add a job and choose News Feed as the Job Type.

3. Configure the job settings

• Sort By – choose Latest Activity to sort the posts by their latest activity, or Publish Time to sort them by when they were published. The default is Latest Activity.
• Items Per Page – how many posts the job fetches: 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50. The default is 50.
• Schedule type – Scheduled.
• Refresh schedule – how often the job fetches posts from Ziik: 5 min, 15 min, 30 min, 1 hour or 3 hours. The default is 15 min.

Then click Save Integration.
