Chromebit Q-Play Setup Guide: Closing App, Adjusting Settings, and Quick Restart

By the set up for WIFI or other settings on the Chromebit player, it can be necessary to close down the Q-Play app. 

 

  1. First connect a USB keyboard to the unit

  2. Restart the player by turning off the power and wait 20 sec, and connect it again.

  3. When the white browser shows, press CTRL + ALT + S.


 

It is now possible, to create the wished settings


 

After finished set up, follow the steps below

 

  • Navigate to the app icon on the left side and start the app by pressing the Enter key.


  • Alternative you can restart the Player, by turning the power on or off, the app will now automatically restart.

 

 

The solution is now in operation again
