How to Connect an IoT Product to Q-Play
This guide explains how to connect an IoT product to Q-Play. Once the device is connected, the IoT product will turn off in the same cycle as the player. Note: This feature is only available in Q-Play V2. Contact support if you are unsure which version you are using. You can easily be upgraded to V2 for free.
1. Log in to Q-Play V2 at app.q-play.io.
2. Navigate to Players and select the player you wish to connect the device with.
3. Go to Advanced Settings.
4 Enable Power Management.
5. Now enter the IoT product's DeviceID in the corresponding field.
5.1 You can find the IoT product's DeviceID on the device itself. See the image below for reference.
6. You can now turn off the player. The IoT product will then turn off in the same cycle as the player.
