Setting up your Q-Bic BXP-100

Introduction

Q-Play offers a powerful platform for information screen design, enabling you to engage and inform your audience through visually appealing content. With the Q-BIC BXP-100 Player, you can easily manage and present your content on any screen that supports HDMI input.

Recommendation

  1. Optimal Placement: For the best possible performance, it is recommended to place the Q-BIC BXP-100 Player on top of or behind the screen to ensure good ventilation.
  2. Access: Ensure easy access to the player to be able to handle any technical issues quickly.

Before Installation


Before installation, it's important to be well-prepared. The following is necessary:
  1. Connection: Using a network cable for a stable connection is recommended, but WIFI is also an option on the device
  2. Q-Play Account: Make sure you have access to your Q-Play account and are ready to add your new player.
  3. USB Mouse and keyboard: To set up Wifi on the Q-BIC BXP-100, you will need a USB mouse and keyboard you can plug into the player.

During installation

  1. Before connecting the power, make sure the USB mouse and keyboard is connected to the player.
  2. After connecting the power, wait for the startup to be finished, and for the system to be in the main menu.
  3. Now press the "Cancel Autoplay" button, on the automatic startup of Q-Play.


  4. When the countdown is canceled, click on the "Wi-Fi" icon, in the bottom of the screen.
  5. In the Wifi menu, make sure the Wifi is turned on, and connect to your Wifi network. After the Wifi is succesfully connected, then press the back arrow in the left top corner.


  6. You will then be back at the main menu. After the autoplay countdown has finished, Q-Play will then open, and you are ready to connect your player to your account.
