Connecting Wifi on a X96H (Android)

This guide will show you how to activate and connect Wifi on your X96H (Android) player.

Step-by-step guide:

  1. Plug in the power and HDMI output on your X96H player - there is 2 HDMI ports, 1 is out and 1 is in, make sure you plug your HDMI cable to the out port.
  2. Once the player is booted, and you are greeted by the Q-Play logo, find the remote that came with the player, and press the "SET" button.


  3. You should now see the Android settings, where the first tab is Wifi, press the down arrow to go down and select the Wifi option.

  4. Next you are greeted by the Wifi options, here you simply press OK straight away, as the Wifi option is already selected - you cant see that Wifi is selected, if you want to make sure, press the down key and the press the up key again.


  5. You are now in the Wifi setup, press the OK key to turn on the Wifi, wait for your Wifi signal to show up, press down until you are on your Wifi name and press OK, you can now connect to your Wifi.


  6. Finally press the Back key untill you are back in Q-Play.
