The Users section is found under Account Settings, which you access by clicking your name in the top right corner and selecting Account Settings from the dropdown. From there, select Users in the left menu.
The user will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. Until they accept, they will appear in the user list with a Pending badge. Once accepted, they will have access to your account.
The Users page shows all users that have access to your account. Each user displays their name, email address, which teams they belong to, their login method, and which account owns them.
The login column shows how a user authenticates. This can be via email and password, Microsoft SSO, or Google SSO.
Shows which Q-Play account the user belongs to. If a user shows "Another account", it means they were created on a different account and have been invited into this one.
Users who have been invited but not yet accepted their invitation are shown with a clock icon and a Pending badge. They will appear as a full user once they accept the invitation.
Use the search bar to find users by name or email. Use Export All to download a list of all users on the account.
Click the three-dot menu on any user to access View details, Edit details, and Edit teams.
Shows the user's name, email address, phone number, the date the account was created and last updated, and which account currently owns the user.
Shows which teams the user is currently assigned to.
Shows the user's language setting, SSO provider, and SSO provider ID.
Use Edit details to update the user's name, phone number, language, and login method. The email address is read-only and cannot be changed. The preferences section shows whether the user is receiving product updates and notifications, but these are read-only and managed by the user themselves.
Use Edit teams from the three-dot menu to change which teams the user is assigned to without opening the full details panel.
