This guide shows you how to delete the Token.json file on your player.
To follow this guide, you must have a keyboard and mouse connected to the player.
1. Close Q-Play by pressing F4 or FN + F4 on the keyboard.
2. Press the Windows logo key on the keyboard, or click it in the bottom-left corner of the screen.
3. Click on the Q-Play folder on the left side of File Explorer.
4. Locate the file named "Token.json", right-click it and select "Delete".
5.After the Token.json file has been deleted, you can open Q-Play again.
Q-Play is now running again on your player!
